The full answer
The problem FlashNow set out to solve was that quick commerce had consolidated around well-funded warehouse platforms, leaving neighbourhood shops with no digital channel, no live inventory and orders handled by phone or messaging. Customers had no single place to see what nearby stores carried or to track a delivery.
Creuto's solution serves four roles in one platform. Customers discover nearby vendors on a map with live availability and check out in under two minutes. Vendors manage their own catalogue, stock and offers from a dashboard built for non-technical shop owners. Delivery partners are assigned by proximity with route optimisation and live location sharing. The operations team oversees everything from a super admin panel.
Every order moves through a tracked pipeline, Pending, Accepted, Packed, Out for Delivery and Delivered, with push notifications at each step. The system was engineered for real-time operation from day one using React Native for mobile, Next.js for web, Node.js with WebSockets for the back end, MongoDB and Redis, Razorpay with UPI and cash on delivery, and AWS.
The build ran from discovery and product architecture through design, core platform, delivery engine, load testing and store submission, followed by vendor onboarding and a hypercare window. The platform is designed for multi-city deployment. Read the case study for the full approach, or book a discovery call if you are planning a quick commerce or delivery product.
