The full answer
The problem was fragmentation. A single wedding can involve 8 to 12 separate vendors, from venue and decorator to caterer, makeup artist, mehendi artist and photographer, each with its own informal booking process over phone calls and messaging. Pricing was hidden, confirmations were verbal and scheduling conflicts surfaced days before the event.
SkyeOne brings venue discovery and a vendor marketplace into one booking flow. Users filter venues by event type, location, capacity and budget, check a calendar-based availability grid, then add vendors whose schedules are cross-checked automatically. A slot can be held while a decision is finalised, and the complete package is confirmed with full cost visibility.
On the other side, vendors onboard themselves, manage portfolios, pricing, packages and availability calendars, and handle booking requests, replacing messaging apps and in-person quotes with a structured system. An admin panel gives the platform team oversight of vendors and operations.
Creuto built SkyeOne with React Native for mobile, Next.js for web, Node.js services, PostgreSQL and Redis, a custom availability engine with conflict detection, Razorpay with UPI and cards, and AWS, delivered as one fixed-scope engagement from discovery to store submission and vendor onboarding.
