The full answer
The client's departments each worked in isolation. Attendance was tracked manually, leads lived in individual sales reps' files, inventory ran on out-of-date spreadsheets and finance reports were compiled by hand. There were no role-based permissions, so sensitive data was visible company-wide, and leadership had no real-time view of the business.
Creuto scoped every module around the client's actual workflows in department workshops, then built four integrated modules. HR covers attendance with location and QR code check-in, leave, onboarding and performance. CRM handles customer follow-ups, visit logs and quotations. Inventory tracks stock, vendors, purchase orders and low-stock alerts. Finance records income and expenses with automated reports.
Role-based access control gives each person a dashboard for their job: a sales executive sees only their accounts, a warehouse manager only inventory, finance only billing and reports, while leadership gets cross-functional dashboards fed from one central data store. Every action is permissioned and logged.
The platform runs on React and TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Redis on AWS, built in two-week sprints with working software demonstrated at each review, followed by data migration, team training and ongoing support.
