The full answer
We do not quote from a one-line brief, because that leads to estimates that are either padded or wrong. Instead, the discovery call covers your goals, users, must-have features, integrations and constraints, and a short discovery session turns that into a scope we can stand behind.
The proposal breaks the budget down by phase or milestone, so you can see where the money goes: design, core features, integrations, testing and launch. It also lists what is out of scope, which prevents misunderstandings later.
If the full vision is larger than your budget or timeline allows, we will suggest a phased plan, usually a first release that delivers the core value, followed by planned iterations. You can then decide what to build first with clear numbers in front of you.
Because the scope is fixed, changes during the project go through a simple change request process rather than silently increasing the bill. Our team is senior-only, which means estimates are made by the people who will actually do the work.
