PROCESS & PRICING

What engagement models does Creuto offer?

Short answer

Creuto works on a fixed-scope basis for defined products, and can also discuss a dedicated team or an ongoing retainer for continuous development and iteration. We recommend the right model on a discovery call based on how clear your scope is and how long you need support.

The full answer

Fixed scope is our standard model for new products and well-defined projects. After discovery you receive a proposal with a clear scope, budget breakdown, milestones and timeline. It suits founders and companies who want certainty about what they will get and when.

A dedicated team suits organisations with a longer roadmap that will keep evolving. A senior team led by a named engineering lead works on your priorities sprint by sprint, much like an extension of your own product organisation.

An ongoing retainer suits products that are already live and need steady improvement, maintenance, monitoring and new features after launch. Many clients move to this model once a fixed-scope first release has shipped.

These are options to discuss rather than rigid packages. Some clients combine them, for example a fixed-scope MVP followed by a retainer for post-launch iteration. The discovery call is the place to talk through which arrangement fits your budget, internal team and plans.

Whichever model you choose, the working practices stay the same: senior engineers, a named engineering lead, two-week sprints with working software, and clear written agreement on scope and terms before work begins.
