PROCESS & PRICING

Does Creuto sign an NDA before discussing my project?

Short answer

Yes. Creuto signs a non-disclosure agreement before discovery as standard when you request one, so you can share your idea, data and business details openly. We can work with your NDA template or provide our own.

The full answer

Many clients come to us with ideas that have not been announced, products that compete directly with incumbents, or internal systems that reveal how their business works. Signing an NDA before the detailed conversation is a normal and sensible step.

The first discovery call can stay high level if you prefer, covering the type of product, rough goals and timeline. Once the NDA is in place, the discovery session can go into specifics: features, data, integrations, customers and commercial plans.

If you have your own NDA, send it ahead of the call and we will review it. If not, we can share ours. Either way, it should not slow the process down.

An NDA covers what we learn before and during the engagement. Ownership of the code and intellectual property we create is a separate matter covered by our engagement terms, which assign it to you on delivery. Our security and compliance FAQs explain how confidentiality is maintained day to day.
