PROCESS & PRICING

Does Creuto work in sprints and show regular demos?

Short answer

Yes. Creuto works in two-week sprints, and every sprint ends with a demo of working software rather than slides or status reports. You can see, test and give feedback on real features throughout the project, not just at the end.

The full answer

At the start of each sprint, we agree with you which features or fixes will be delivered in the next two weeks, based on the milestone plan and anything learned from the previous sprint.

During the sprint, designers, engineers and QA work together on those items. Code is reviewed, tested and deployed to a staging environment, so the demo shows something that actually runs.

In the demo, the team walks you through what was built, and you can try it yourself afterwards. Feedback goes straight into the next sprint's planning, which keeps small course corrections cheap.

This rhythm also makes risk visible. If an integration is harder than expected or a feature needs rethinking, you hear about it within days, with options, rather than discovering it close to launch.

Sprint demos are also a good moment to involve stakeholders who are not in the project day to day, such as sales teams, operations staff or investors. Seeing real software early helps them give useful feedback and builds confidence in the launch plan well before release day.
