The full answer
Step one is the discovery call. Bring whatever you have, from a rough idea to a detailed brief or an existing product that needs work. We will ask about users, goals, timeline and constraints.
Step two is the NDA and discovery session, where we go deeper into features, integrations, data and risks. For early ideas, this may include wireframes or a prototype to sharpen the concept.
Step three is the proposal: a fixed scope, budget breakdown, milestones and timeline. You can ask questions, adjust priorities and compare it with other options before deciding.
Step four is kick-off. Once the proposal is agreed, your named engineering lead sets up communication channels and the project board, collects the access and assets needed, and the first two-week sprint begins. You can also call us on +91 72058 79111.
If you are comparing several development partners, we are happy to answer questions about our process, team and past work during the call. Our case studies and client reviews on Clutch are also a good way to judge whether our experience matches your project before you commit to anything.
