The full answer
We recommend that you create the Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts in your company's name and give our team access. That way the app, its reviews and its download history always belong to you.
Before submission, we prepare release builds, configure signing, and help with the store listing: app name, description, screenshots, categories and age ratings. Both stores require privacy disclosures about what data the app collects, and we complete these accurately based on how the app actually works.
Store reviews sometimes raise questions or reject a build, often over permissions, login requirements or payment rules. We handle the responses and any changes needed, and we design with store guidelines in mind from the start to reduce that risk.
We also set up beta testing through TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks, so you and selected users can try release candidates before the public launch.
After launch, every update goes through the same review process. We manage release builds, version numbers and release notes for updates, and can use phased rollouts on both stores so a new version reaches a small share of users first, which limits the impact if an issue appears.
