The full answer
Ownership is settled from the start. Creuto builds in repositories and cloud accounts you own, so ending a retainer does not involve transferring anything you do not already control. The final weeks of an engagement are used to close or document open items rather than start new ones.
The handover pack includes architecture and setup documentation, deployment and rollback runbooks, environment and secret inventories, a list of third-party services and who holds each account, test suites and the project board history. If an in-house team is taking over, Creuto walks them through the system and can pair with them for a period.
Access is removed cleanly. Creuto engineers' access to your repositories, cloud consoles, data and communication channels is revoked at the agreed date and confirmed in writing, consistent with the way access is managed during the project.
Many clients end a dedicated team phase and later return for a new feature, a platform expansion or an audit, with the same people where possible. There is no lock-in: the decision to continue is based on whether the work is worth doing, which is how Creuto prefers it. Discuss timing and handover needs with your engineering lead or through the contact form.
