The full answer
Creuto's work is organised around its studios. The Bhubaneswar engineering studio at O-Hub in Infocity is the largest and the base for the majority of roles, because that is where most engineering, design and QA happens. The Dubai, Sydney, Da Nang and Wellington studios connect the company to clients in their regions.
Because clients are spread from New Zealand to the Gulf, the UK and the US, working with colleagues and clients in other time zones is normal. Projects run in two-week sprints with a named engineering lead, a shared project board and regular demos, which keeps distributed work organised whichever studio you sit in.
If a listing is marked for a specific studio, that is where the role is based. Where a role allows other arrangements, the listing says so. Rather than assuming, read the location section of the role you are interested in, and ask about working arrangements in the first conversation with the team.
If no role is listed in the location that suits you, check back as openings change with projects. Applications go through the careers page, and questions about a specific listing can be sent to hello@creuto.com with the role title.
