The full answer
Apply to the role that best matches your experience. If two roles look relevant, pick the one closest to the work you want to do day to day and mention your wider skills in your application.
Make your application specific. For engineers, point to code or products you built and explain your part in them. For designers, show case studies that explain the problem and your reasoning, not just final screens. For QA and product roles, describe how you improved quality or shaped a product decision.
Creuto's standard is "Either we build it exceptional, or we don't," so the team looks for evidence of care: clear writing, attention to detail and work you can talk about with confidence.
Apply through the careers page rather than through third-party listings, so your application reaches the team hiring for the role. If you are unsure whether a message about a Creuto role is genuine, email hello@creuto.com to check.
Keep your CV focused and current. A short summary of the roles you have held, the technologies or tools you use most and two or three projects you are proud of is more useful to the team than a long list of everything you have touched.
