The full answer
The senior-only standard exists because every one of Creuto's 150+ products is live with real users and each project is led by a named engineering lead who is accountable for quality. That makes the bar for client-facing engineering roles high, but it also means early-career people who do join learn from experienced colleagues on real products.
Internships are the usual route in. When available, they are posted on the careers page with the skills required and the team you would join, and you apply in the same way as for any role, with a CV and links to things you have built, designed or tested, such as university projects, open-source contributions or published apps.
Strong early-career applications show evidence rather than a list of courses: a working project with the code public, a design case study that explains the reasoning, or a testing exercise you ran on a real app. Interest in AI-assisted engineering is a plus, as Creuto is an AI-first company and an OpenAI Select Partner.
If nothing suitable is listed, keep building and check the careers page periodically, as openings follow project demand. The careers FAQs on internships, the interview process and what Creuto looks for in candidates explain what to expect once you apply.
