The full answer
A charging network is an IoT platform with payments attached. Chargers report availability, sessions, energy delivered and faults in real time, and the platform has to keep that state accurate across hundreds or thousands of points, start and stop sessions reliably, and bill correctly for every kilowatt-hour. We build the charger communication and session ledger first.
Typical builds include a driver app on iOS and Android with map and filters, availability, reservations, session start by app, RFID or QR, live session view, payment methods and receipts; an operator console with station monitoring, remote diagnostics and restart, tariff management, utilisation and revenue reporting; and integrations with charger manufacturers through OCPP, payment providers, roaming platforms and fleet or energy management systems.
Our Binimise smart city platform shows how we ingest and monitor data from large fleets of connected devices and turn it into a command centre operators act on, which is the same architecture a charging network needs. Our automotive work for Škoda Auto shows our experience with the sector's sales and training side.
AI is applied to utilisation forecasting, predictive maintenance from fault and session patterns, dynamic pricing suggestions and driver assistants that answer questions about a site or a bill. Charging programmes often span several countries and hardware vendors, so we design for multiple currencies, languages and charger models from the outset. Discovery confirms your hardware, protocols and payment partners before we scope.
