Citizens now judge public services against the best apps on their phones. When applying for a permit means printing a form, queueing at a counter and waiting weeks for a letter, trust drops and call centres fill up. Inside departments, staff re-key the same data into several legacy systems, and managers cannot see where cases are stuck or why service targets are missed.
As a government software development company, we design services around the citizen journey rather than the organisation chart: how someone proves who they are, applies, pays, tracks progress and receives a decision. Behind that journey we build the case management, workflow and records tools that caseworkers use every day, and connect them to the registers, payment gateways and finance systems already in place.
Accessibility and inclusion are requirements, not extras. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508 and EN 301 549, support multiple languages including right-to-left Arabic, and integrate national digital identity such as UAE Pass, Nafath, Aadhaar and DigiLocker, GOV.UK One Login and Login.gov, so citizens can sign in once and reuse verified data.
Security and data protection are engineered in from the first sprint, with controls mapped to NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, Saudi NCA ECC, CERT-In directions, GDPR, UAE PDPL and India DPDP, and hosting in sovereign or in-country cloud regions. The outcome is custom government software that citizens can use, staff prefer to paper, and auditors can inspect.
