SECURITY & COMPLIANCE

Is Creuto SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Short answer

Creuto follows SOC 2 and ISO 27001 aligned practices in how we build and operate software, including access control, encryption, change management, logging and vulnerability testing. We do not claim certification; instead, we help clients build products with controls that support their own SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audits.

The full answer

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are frameworks for managing information security. Certification or an audit report applies to an organisation and its processes, so what usually matters to our clients is whether the product they own can pass their audit.

We build with the controls auditors look for: least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication for administrators, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, peer-reviewed code changes, automated deployments through CI/CD, monitoring and alerting, backups and documented incident handling.

For SaaS companies selling to enterprises, these controls make security questionnaires and due diligence much easier, and they shorten the path to a formal audit when you are ready for one.

If your organisation is preparing for SOC 2 or ISO 27001, tell us during discovery. We can align infrastructure, logging and documentation with your compliance platform and auditor's requirements from the first sprint.

If a customer or auditor asks how your product handles a specific control, we can supply technical evidence such as architecture diagrams, access policies, logging configuration and deployment records. Being honest about what is aligned and what is certified also protects you when you answer questionnaires.
