The full answer
Serverless on AWS suits event-driven and spiky workloads: functions that run on API requests, file uploads or scheduled jobs, charged per use with no servers to patch. Creuto uses it for integrations, background processing and lean MVP backends.
For steady traffic and larger systems, Creuto runs Docker containers on managed container services or Kubernetes, with autoscaling, health checks and rolling deployments. Managed relational databases handle backups, replication and failover.
Cost is designed in from the start. Right-sized instances, autoscaling, storage lifecycle rules, reserved capacity where usage is predictable and budgets with alerts keep bills proportionate to real usage. Creuto also offers cloud cost optimisation reviews for existing AWS accounts.
Security follows AWS best practice: separate environments for staging and production, least-privilege IAM roles, encryption at rest and in transit, private networking for databases and centralised logging for audits. The hosting region is chosen for data residency, with regions available across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America.
Creuto also works on Azure and Google Cloud, so if your organisation has existing commitments elsewhere the same approach applies there.
