The full answer
The work starts with understanding your product, users and data. Creuto looks for the points where people spend the most time on repetitive reading, writing, searching or classifying, because those are usually where AI saves the most effort.
Technically, AI features are often added as a separate service that your existing application calls through an API. This keeps the AI logic isolated, lets you change models later without touching the rest of the product and makes it easier to monitor cost and quality.
If your data needs to be searchable by the AI, Creuto sets up retrieval over your documents or database with access controls that respect your existing permissions, so users only see answers based on information they are allowed to view.
New AI features are usually released to a small group first. Usage, accuracy and feedback are measured before a wider rollout, which reduces risk and gives you evidence of value.
If Creuto did not build the original product, the team reviews the codebase and infrastructure first to find the cleanest integration points.
