The full answer
Creuto's studios cover a wide spread of time zones: Dubai (UTC+4), Bhubaneswar (UTC+5:30), Da Nang (UTC+7), Sydney (UTC+10, UTC+11 in summer) and Wellington (UTC+12, UTC+13 in summer). That spread makes it easier to find overlap with clients in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
For clients further away, such as in the UK or the US, the meeting window and communication rhythm are agreed during discovery. Many decisions can then happen asynchronously through written updates, so progress does not depend on long live calls.
The two-week sprint cycle helps. Each sprint ends with working software you can review in your own time, and feedback is folded into the next sprint's plan.
Your named engineering lead is accountable for keeping communication clear, so you always know what was delivered, what is next and what needs your input.
Tools and documentation also matter. Decisions, requirements and changes in scope are written down, so nothing depends on someone remembering a call, and anyone who joins the project later can catch up quickly.
