The full answer
The process is designed for founders who know their market but not the technology. It begins with a free discovery call where you describe the users, the problem and the outcome you want. A short discovery session follows, and Creuto turns that into a fixed-scope proposal with a budget breakdown, milestones and timeline, written in plain language.
During the build, you see working software at the end of every two-week sprint, follow progress on a shared project board and have direct access to the team. Technical decisions are explained in terms of cost, time and risk so you can make them without an engineering background.
Creuto's startup product engineering track covers product strategy, AI-assisted prototyping, MVP development, startup architecture, investor demos and post-launch iteration. Founders who need to show investors something real can have a demo built for that purpose.
On completion you own the source code and intellectual property, with documentation, repositories, cloud accounts and credentials handed over. If you later hire your own engineers, they inherit a documented codebase; if you prefer, the same Creuto team continues under a support retainer.
