SEO Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to own and drive organic search performance across Creuto digital properties. You will build and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical SEO, content, and link building to grow organic traffic and rankings sustainably.

In This Role, You Will

• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link building.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value organic opportunities.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with engineering teams to resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and page performance.
• Optimise on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headings, structured data, and internal linking across all pages.
• Define and manage the content calendar for SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and resource content.
• Build and manage link acquisition programmes to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Monitor and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates and search industry developments and adapt strategy accordingly.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 3 to 5 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic.
• Have deep knowledge of both technical SEO and content strategy and can operate across both.
• Are data-driven and use analytics to inform every decision about what to optimise and prioritise.
• Have worked with engineering teams to implement technical SEO fixes and understand how websites are built.
• Can independently manage an SEO programme from research through to reporting without needing hand-holding.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with SEO for SaaS or B2B tech companies.
Knowledge of international or multilingual SEO.
Familiarity with programmatic SEO and scaling content at volume.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate SEO content production and analysis.
