About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager with 4 years of experience to own the full growth funnel across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. You will identify growth opportunities, design and run experiments, analyse results, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to implement what works at scale.

This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the table, setting the growth agenda and driving it forward with data, creativity, and speed.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own and drive growth across the full AARRR funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
    Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Design, run, and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments across product surfaces, landing pages, onboarding flows, and marketing channels.
  • Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels, managing budgets and optimising for CAC and ROAS.
  • Develop and execute SEO, content, and organic growth strategies in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing programmes including email, push, and in-app messaging to improve activation and reduce churn.
  • Define and own growth metrics and dashboards, and report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
  • Collaborate with the product team to embed growth thinking into the core product experience through referral loops, virality mechanisms, and conversion optimisation.
  • Work with engineering to instrument tracking, build growth tooling, and ensure data accuracy across the funnel.
  • Synthesise user behaviour data using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap to surface actionable insights and drive prioritisation decisions.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

  • Have 4 years of experience in a growth, product growth, or performance marketing role at a consumer or B2B tech company.
  • Are deeply comfortable with data and use numbers to drive decisions, not just to report on outcomes.
  • Have a proven track record of running experiments that led to meaningful, measurable improvements in key growth metrics.
  • Can write SQL queries to pull your own data and do not need a data analyst to answer every question.
  • Understand the product deeply and think about growth from the user's perspective, not just the funnel.
  • Are equally comfortable writing a campaign brief, reviewing an analytics dashboard, and sitting in a product planning meeting.
  • Move fast, ship experiments often, and learn quickly from what did not work without losing momentum.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely across functions, whether you are presenting a growth review to leadership or briefing an engineer on a tracking requirement.
  • Have experience working in a high-growth startup or product company where the growth playbook was not fully written and you had to create it.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies including free-to-paid conversion, in-product virality, or usage-based onboarding.
Familiarity with AI-powered growth tools and willingness to experiment with LLM-based personalisation and automation.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Clevertap, or MoEngage.
Knowledge of app store optimisation (ASO) for mobile growth.
Experience managing or mentoring junior growth analysts or marketers.
Understanding of unit economics including LTV, CAC, payback period, and how they inform growth strategy.
