We work with mid-scale businesses, funded startups, and enterprise companies, and also take on startup MVP builds for early-stage founders.

The Role

Creuto is hiring for the Founder's Office — someone who works directly with the CEO across strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. This isn't a pure support role: a meaningful part of it is sales-facing  helping move deals forward alongside the Business Development Manager  combined with cross-functional special projects wherever the company needs execution most.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic priorities across Creuto's active ventures
• Support the sales pipeline  lead qualification, proposal follow-ups, and closing support alongside the Business Development Manager
• Drive special projects that cut across product, marketing, and operations
• Turn ad hoc decisions into repeatable systems and processes as the company scales
• Represent the founder in select client and partner conversations
• Track and report on company-wide priorities directly to the CEO

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable in real sales conversations and closing support, not just strategy from the sidelines
• Strong execution bias  moves fast, follows through without hand-holding
• Sharp written and verbal communication
• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities across multiple ventures
