Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to help Creuto make better decisions through data. You will work across product, growth, and marketing teams to define metrics, build dashboards, run analyses, and surface the insights that matter most.

In This Role, You Will

• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyse data from our product database, data warehouse, and third-party sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker for product, growth, and business teams.
• Define and track key metrics across the product and business and ensure shared understanding of what each metric means.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions from product, growth, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Analyse user behaviour data to identify patterns, drop-off points, and opportunities to improve product performance.
• Support A/B test design, analysis, and interpretation in collaboration with growth and product teams.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting pipelines and flag discrepancies when they arise.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, accessible insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analyst or product analyst role.
• Are highly proficient in SQL and comfortable writing complex queries across large datasets.
• Have experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Can translate messy data and ambiguous questions into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and know how to tell a story with data.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar data pipeline tools.
Knowledge of event tracking using Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Understanding of statistical concepts including significance testing and regression basics.
