The Client Engagement Intern will work closely with the client relations and business development team to build strong, long-term client relationships. The intern will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, ensuring satisfaction of existing clients, and supporting strategies that drive retention and business growth.

• Reach out to new and existing clients via calls, emails, and messages
• Build strong rapport with clients and understand their needs and expectations
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the company's products or services
• Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any queries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
• Support the team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
• Track engagement metrics and share regular feedback and insights with the team
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field
• MBA students / freshers seeking hands-on industry exposure are strongly encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work under targets
• Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 per month on achieving 100% target
