About the Role

The Client Engagement Intern will work closely with the client relations and business development team to build strong, long-term client relationships. The intern will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, ensuring satisfaction of existing clients, and supporting strategies that drive retention and business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in sales, client management, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

        Reach out to new and existing clients via calls, emails, and messages

        Build strong rapport with clients and understand their needs and expectations

        Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the company's products or services

        Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any queries

        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-ups

        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues

        Support the team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports

        Track engagement metrics and share regular feedback and insights with the team

        Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets

 Eligibility & Requirements

        Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field

        MBA students / freshers seeking hands-on industry exposure are strongly encouraged to apply

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

        Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude

        Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities

        Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

        Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work under targets

        Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

  • Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 per month on achieving 100% target

  • Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate

  • Recommendation Letter: Provided on good performance

  • Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Available for top performers
