About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for Creuto. You will generate qualified leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

In This Role, You Will

  • Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities across target industries and geographies.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach including cold email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand prospect needs and position Creuto effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at prospective and existing client organisations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline stages in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads and follow up on campaign-generated opportunities.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

  • Have 2 to 4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Have a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Are confident, persuasive, and professional in front of senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can craft compelling outreach and proposals.
  • Are resilient, self-motivated, and not deterred by rejection.

Bonus If You Have

Experience selling digital products, AI tools, or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Experience with outbound sales automation tools and sequencing platforms.
Network within relevant target industries that maps to Creuto customers.
